My experience with Genzel Plumbing was fantastic from the first phone conversation to the last handshake. I almost didn’t think it was real!! The young lady that answered the phone (wish I could remember her name) was so accommodating and cordial. Once we were set with an appointment window, the communication was excellent. I received a text, an email and a phone call once the technician was on his way. I was made aware of who was coming (Wyatt), along with a picture of him and a short bio. He arrived on time and was very professional. We had a simple problem with our spray nozzle that was baffling me. He gave me the information I needed to fix it myself and even helped me to identify the correct part on Amazon!! I was charged a minimal fee for his time, his knowledge and also some good conversation. Having been a teacher, a coach, a high school principal and a district superintendent I pay close attention to the way young people present themselves to others. The Genzel Team better work to hang on to this young man because he’s going to run across lots of folks who are going to want to steal him from you. I don’t do many reviews but this one was worth the time. As I’m typing, I’ve received a follow up email gauging my satisfaction level. Great organization. If you are unfamiliar with this area and don’t already have a good plumbing service in mind, this would be a solid choice.
