Hello everyone. I would like to take a moment to commend a magnificent heating/cooling company here in the Hat. It was unknown what time my furnace stopped Friday as I was in hospital. I was without heat for most of the day, Upon arriving home, I attempted to contact over a dozen heating companies with no response. Come Saturday (chilly) morning Justin called me at 6am profusely apologizing for not getting back to me sooner but he was on call all night busy. He arrived promptly, and got my furnace up and running. With the current expense of the new part being a crazy amount he fixed the troubled motor in hopes it will last another season. He provided me with the breakdown of all costs to replace new if indeed it is needed and only charged me for the call out. I would recommend this company to anyone needing heat/cooling expertise, not only did he fix the problem, he was incredibly kind and personable. So grateful ?? for restoring/reminding me there is so much kindness in this world. Thanks A&E. ??
I realize this review is a little late, but after living with our new furnace and air conditioning for a season, I wanted to make sure I shared how excellent our experience was with A & E Air. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They provided clear explanations and several options without any pressure, which made the decision process easy and comfortable. The pricing was fair and transparent. The installation team was incredibly neat, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently. They showed up exactly when they said they would and left everything spotless. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Tremendous service and amazing staff. From the first phone call to the final installation I felt I had a group of people taking the very best care of me. I felt I had all of the options given to me to make an educated decision on my product and the guys showed up earlier than the scheduled time both times I had them come in. Once for a new Navien hot water system and once for a new humidifier. The guys were so friendly and so professional and the quality of work was perfect. I will continue to use A+E for my personal property as well as our rental properties in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks everyone at A+E
A+E Air Plumbing & Heating Inc. was AMAZING!!! We had a bit of an emergency and our old 40 gallon hot water tank starting leaking in our basement. We were able to isolate the leak and Mitch with A+E came over very quickly to assess what we could do. He gave us every option possible and was able to give estimates on cost right then and there. He was super friendly and booked us in as quick as possible. Terence and Raph came and were very professional and kind as well!! They were great with our pets being around them and worked very hard all day to get our new tankless system up and running. They were a joy to have around and we will definitely call this company again! Their work was very clean, and organized. Our new system looks amazing and works INCREDIBLY!!!
