Customers appreciate professional technicians who clean up carefully after the work. After falling roof ice damaged one customer's heat pump, JT and Jason repaired it, installed a new pad, replaced copper tubing insulation and checked that the unit worked before leaving.

Called for an emergency situation and not only did they arrange wonderful Mr Zac Simonton to come to our house, they also arranged for him to return the very next day when I declined his initial recommendation to first talk to my husband who at the time was out of the country. Zac came back the next day after I decided to go forward and fixed everything. The office staff was the friendliest and most helpful ever and Mr Zac did an amazing job. Btw, not the first time we’ve had first rate service from Smith’s Plumbing. They’re always available and always provide great service. We will NEVER go to anyone else. Five Star Service. All the way!

This project was super easy. Got the appointment on next day. Brandon is very professional and came right on time. Quickly looked at the issue, gave me a quote and fix it within an hour. More importantly he cleaned up everything very carefully without leaving any trace of his work. Excellent service. Will call the service again without any hesitation.

Ice slid off my roof and damaged my heat pump. JT and Jason made quick work of the repair including a new pad under my unit and replacing insulation on the copper tubing. They cleaned up the work area before leaving and made certain the unit functioned properly. I would recommend Smith Plumbing and JT and Jason to anyone. Choice of repairing 8 year old gas water heater that hadn’t been properly maintained or replacing. I chose replacement. The team completing the installation were polite and professional. They appeared to be very knowledgeable.

Residential homeowners and private landlords can join for one service address; commercial properties and property management companies are excluded. Membership has a 12-month contractual term, and cancellation applies to the next renewal rather than ending the current term early.

When can members use their included maintenance visits?

Members are eligible for up to five annual visits, with included inspections and tuneups scheduled on non-holiday weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Benefits must be used within the membership year and do not roll over.

Is financing available for HVAC upgrades?

Financing options are available for larger installations and high-efficiency system upgrades.
