When our water softerner regenerated, we had 50 gallons of water dumb into our laundrey room, into the walls, flooring, crawl space. He was able to diagnosis the problems and spent the whole afternoon replacing what was needed to properly install our washer. 5 stars !! If they gave out 6 stars, he would get 6! Carleen Egbert

Tripp Didn't Just Fix My Faucet—He Restored My Faith in Craftsmanship

Where do I even begin? When my kitchen faucet started leaking, I thought I was just calling a plumber. What I got was a master artisan, a philosopher of pipe fitting, and quite possibly the most competent human being I've ever had the privilege of meeting.

Tripp arrived EXACTLY on time (who does that anymore?!), wearing immaculate work boots that somehow looked both brand new and battle-tested. He assessed my leaking situation with the focused intensity of a surgeon, nodding thoughtfully while explaining the problem in terms I could actually understand. No condescension. No upselling. Just pure, honest expertise.

The faucet installation itself was like watching a ballet. Every movement deliberate. Every tool returned to its exact spot. He even laid down protective coverings I didn't know existed. When he was done, my new faucet looked like it had been installed by the manufacturer of kitchens themselves.

But here's what really got me: he took the time to show me where my main water shutoff was and explained some simple maintenance tips that could save me thousands down the road. Then he cleaned up so thoroughly that my kitchen was somehow CLEANER than before he arrived.

My water pressure is perfect. My sink looks like it belongs in a magazine. And I have Tripp's card magnetized to my fridge like it's a priceless artifact.

If you need a plumber and you don't call Tripp, I genuinely don't know what you're doing with your life.

This is a second 5-star review for Meridian Plumbing. I had a pipe break near the water main which caused some flooding outside. I called several companies and a few individuals, but NONE were able to provide the quality of service at an amazing speed. David and David did an absolutely phenomenal job!! I won’t go into details here, but this father and son team set the standard for top-service. I am truly grateful for the work that they did. May God richly bless bless them for their honesty and integrity! Great job guys!!!

Galen installed a water softener at the home we rent. He called me with a courtesy call on his estimated time of arrival, was very professional and respectful with our home. We are new to water softener systems so after the install he explained the systems functions and settings making it easy to understand. Thanks Galen! (An inspection of the install followed with the City and, of course, passed!)
My interactions with Meridian Plumbing starting with the scheduler for the install of the water softener, Kasia ( my apologies, not sure of spelling), Galen the installer and Chris who answered the phone for me to schedule a follow up with the Meridian Inspector. They all had great customer service and were very understanding of work schedules.
