I had a great experience with Plumbing Solutions of Idaho recently. I had an issue with a leaking water heater and called them up. The scheduler was friendly and helpful and they got me scheduled right away. The technician, Drew, went above and beyond the entire time. He showed up promptly and was very knowledgeable about the water heater issues I was experiencing. He gave me his recommendations and pricing on what work needed to be done and explained everything along the way. I was unable to have the work completed that day so he was able to schedule me first thing the next morning to complete it. He showed up on time and worked quickly. He even went out and got an additional part and installed it (when another part needed to be replaced due to the issue my water heater was having) at no additional cost. I appreciated his dedication to doing a good job and waiting to make sure the leak fully stopped after completing all the work. Drew was awesome and we will definitely call Plumbing Solutions in the future!

Dylan came by and diagnosed our problem extremely quickly, was able to get me a reasonable quote for the work, and was great at communicating when an emergency came up and they had to move our repair back an additional day. John, the installation tech who came out to do the work was also extremely professional, personable, and friendly. He busted his ass, showed me lots of pictures of of the finished project, and explained everything I'll need to know about it going forward. If you gotta spend money, I recommend doing it here. I will absolutely be using this company for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Thank you for saving my bacon.

Editing review, had another plumbing issue that was out of my realm of expertise, Drew P came out and quickly got us a quote and completed the work in record time, great guy with a solid work ethic, once again Plumbing Solutions of Idaho has saved our bacon, and considering the age of my home this probably won't be the last time I'll have the pleasure of working with this business. Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was so great to work with. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated that.

What makes them different from other plumbers is how thorough and respectful they are. It never felt rushed or transactional. The technician was clean, efficient, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right, not just finishing quickly and moving on.

It is hard to find a plumber you can fully trust, and they definitely earned that trust. Five stars without hesitation.

My sewer was backed up and I couldn't use any water in my house. I called a few places but Plumbing Solutions were going to be the quickest to arrive and on the same day. Drew came out and gave a great price! 1/3 of what I paid 5 years ago when it last backed up so I agreed and they had it done quick. They tested it out and showed a video going down the pipe to show it was now running great. I have a couple dogs and cats which they petted and loved. They were nice and friendly and respectful while here. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first in the future for any plumbing needs.

We recently experienced a major plumbing emergency when a severe blockage in our drain system caused our toilets to overflow and sewage to back up into our bathtubs—every homeowner’s nightmare, especially in a brand-new house. We immediately contacted Plumbing Solutions of Idaho, choosing them based on their excellent reviews and their ability to provide same-day emergency service.

From the moment they arrived, our technician Tom S. was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. Tom worked tirelessly and showed true persistence in diagnosing and resolving the issue, taking the time to ensure the problem was properly addressed rather than rushing through a temporary fix. His calm demeanor and clear communication during such a stressful situation made a huge difference.

We are extremely grateful for the level of service we received and would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions of Idaho to anyone in need of reliable, responsive, and professional plumbing services. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Note: To any consumer purchasing a brand new CBH home, please (and I cannot stress this enough) ensure that you have your new home inspected thoroughly before taking ownership to ensure that you run into the same issues! Workers, etc. use the toilets even when the water is not actively running and this can be catastrophic to your investment.

Can't say enough good things about this company! My water heater died and Plumbing Solutions was able to come out the next day to look at it. Drew inspected everything and was very upfront about the work that needed to be done. He gave me three repair options with prices and was able to install the same day. I was impressed when the amount i paid was the amount I was quoted. I mean literally down to the penny. There weren't any "surprises" that "had" to be fixed and there was no up-sell, no trying to talk me into more upgrades, etc. Drew was very to the point and matter of fact with everything. He had Jared come help him to get the water heater in quicker. Both plumbers were nice and courteous. They showed me what work needed to be done and why. It was very nice that they explained city codes and the updates needed to pass inspection. I really appreciate them and all their work!
