Great job, same day. Two technicians showed up in uniform and wore booties without me having to ask them. Shows respect for the customer's home. Very nice young men, polite and helpful. Repair to a bathroom shut off valve in a difficult space, beyond my limited expertise to fix. Excellent result. I have no hesitation to use this service again or to recommend.

OX Plumbing did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, and showed up on time ready to work. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing through it. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and great customer service. Rosendo with Ox plumbing was transparent about their process and pricing, and I felt completely comfortable with him in my home. The installation itself was quick and efficient. He installed the new handle, showerhead, and tub spout perfectly. There are no leaks, everything is aligned properly, and the shower looks fantastic. My bathroom feels upgraded and functions perfectly. OX Plumbing has a great employee in him. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again!
