Reviews point to consistent praise for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and technicians who explain repairs and options. Many customers mention successful sewer and drain fixes, and courteous onsite behavior. A smaller number of reviews note occasional scheduling delays or misaligned price expectations, suggesting the value of confirming arrival windows and estimates in writing.
D&D did a sewer line replacement for me. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly and the price made sense. Can’t recommend them enough, they will be my only call in the future for any work like this.
We have a water softener that D and D installed in our last house and then moved to our new one. The water softener is continuously draining so we called and D and D gave us an 8:30-12 window. I was at home waiting throughout the window that they gave. No one showed up and nothing was communicated to us about them being late or a call to reschedule. The lack of respect for our time is astounding. I understand that things happen but I would think for the $175 service fee that they charge they could at least communicate that they’re running behind. Although I shouldn’t be surprised because when they moved the water softener into our new house the plumber brought a helper that did all the work himself. They then charged the plumbers fee as well as a helper fee, which I could have understood if that had been communicated beforehand but alas they don’t communicate.
D&D has been a great company servicing my home. I have used them in the past, but more recently (yesterday) Christian and his helper cam to fix my shower fixture and flush my water heater. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Christian answered all my questions and explained the job in full detail. He estimated the job would take 2-3 hours depending on any issues foreseen getting the shower faucet removed. Christian lucked out and was able to complete all tasks in under an hour, saving me money.
Juan Nájera tackled the sixty-something year-old plumbing in our church building to clear toilets that frequently clog. He was professional, fast, and knowledgeable, and did not stop at merely succeeding in making them flush. He stressed the system repeatedly to ensure the root cause was addressed, and hopefully ensured the fix will last. We are grateful for same-day service, excellent communication, and a problem free transaction.
Make sure you get an exact quote from this company before letting them do work.I have used this company several times and they have always done good work and have been very reasonable.I called them to replace a water heater today and they came out and did it, and did good work. The technician told me when they got here that it would probably be around $1200 or $1300. When they finished he presented me with a $2000 dollar invoice.I questioned it and he said he would have his supervisor call me, which he did.I explained what I was told by the technician and the supervisor basically told me that his technician "would not have quoted it at that price" and asked if I was refusing to pay the invoice.....and then also stated that $1200 wouldn't even cover the cost of the 50 gallon electric water heater that they installed...They did take off their "helper fee" and it was $1901 instead.I am not a liar and you shouldn't question your customer's integrity. Your technician did tell me that price range when they got here or I wouldn't have let them do the work.Definitely learned a lesson today. Thanks for that.
