I hardly ever leave long reviews, but these guys deserve a long one and better! I had my water heater go out and decided to give these guys a call based on all the great reviews I saw, and I have to say, I was not in the least bit disappointed! It was an after hours call when I couldn't get my water heater going again, gave these guys a call and they came and did what they could to get it running for the night, and swapped my water heater that was still under warranty the next morning. Unfortunately it worked great for a week, and then went out. It was nothing midtown did, just a bad water heater. It was Saturday when it failed again and of course the manufacturer was closed, as are most places and I said it was not a problem, I understand, and told them we could get it fixed Monday. The owner Carlos, contacted me a while after his guys had left and said he would do what he could to get us fixed up this same day. He got the new one to my house and installed it in a surprisingly fast time! Don't hesitate to call these guys for your needs, I am grateful! Its hard to find a company that actually cares for its customers, and this carlos is one of them!
So, because we live in an older house we have Midtown on speed dial lolThey have always been professional and got the job done! I've always called around for prices and theirs is always the best. The past few times I've had Carlos and Eli( Ely)They are so respectful, professional and knowledgeable. I cant forget about the office though. They always answer and do their best to send someone as quick as they can! Thank You Guys!!Midtown will always be my go to!
Midtown plumbing fixed a nightmare of a gas line situation for me! They were quick, amazing communicators, had an awesome text msg system that notified me where the service man was and when he would be at my house, and they were so nice. All along the way they showed me pictures and videos of exactly what was broken or not up to code and how they were correcting it. I would not trust anyone else with my house/plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Justin and Ambrose were amazing. They provided excellent customer service with professionalism and politeness... and it was a bonus that they showed up the day before I was scheduled! They went above and beyond, answering all my questions and doing what ever I asked. My water softener had failed and released resin beads throughout my entire plumbing. They checked every fixture and didn't leave until the job was done and millions of beads flushed out of my pipes. I would totally use these guys again. 5 stars.
