Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise quick responses; one gas-leak call led to a visit within half an hour and a same-day repair. Scheduling feedback is mixed: a septic job with tank risers and a new leach line was completed in two days despite initial appointment difficulties, while one reviewer reported three missed appointments and no calls or updates.

Gabe Hernandez

I was a little hesitant at first, with missed a appointments and tough scheduling. But I'm glad I stuck with them. They installed some risers on my septic tank and installed a new leach line at a good price. They also finished the job in 2 days. Couldn't be happier. The workers a good people and offered great customer service.

Top notch service and quality! Quick to respond and get you back on track. The guys that came out were very respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you guys again for the great work.

Three appointments. THREE. Not one successful appearance. At this point, I’m starting to think this company specializes in invisibility. If you’re looking for someone who won’t show up but will absolutely help you practice patience, this is your team. I especially loved rearranging my schedule multiple times just to sit around waiting for absolutely no one. Truly a character-building experience. No calls. No updates. Just vibes. If punctuality and basic communication aren’t important to you, you’ve found the right company. ??

Tony and his team did a great job! We had an urgent matter with a gas leak and they showed up within a half hour of our call. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks to Pro 1 Plumbing everything was fixed same day.

Anthony

These guys are top notch. Our water heater leaked, they came in super quick very responsive and replaced the entire unit out really fast. My wife thought she smelled gas the next day (I left a gallon of gas in the garage) and Tony had his guys come out just to check up and make sure we were good and it wasn't anything serious. Great guys all around, can't go wrong with them
