Had a very good experience with Bosworth. Our water heater went out and they were able to come out same day and replace it. The guys were very professional and did great work. Very appreciative.
I had dealt with this company about a year ago and it was the worst experience. I had to go with them because they were a licensed dealer for my hvac system. Now a year later unfortunately I am at the mercy of them. I called like I am sure may other had due to the winter weather received in midland. This time it was by their call forwarding company. The office ours on the website stated they were open but the call was sent to someone who didn’t know their hours or anything about the company. I was supposed to get a call back about a service setup and part number but never did. Y’all should choose a better call center and I had to go with out heat the entire time we had bad weather.
