I’m voting for Andy Roeder to receive technician of the month award. He performed extensive plumbing repair knowledgeably and successfully with great care to detail at my home in Milwaukee, WI. Andy was very friendly and explained everything he did. His work was impeccable and I feel very confident and worry free about the work he has done. He is highly recommended.However I also want to mention Dan was the technician that snaked my clogged pipes and got my water flowing smoothly again prior to Andy finishing the extra job needed. Dan was also very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly while completing the job of my clogged drain. Both technicians were very neat and tidy about the cleanup and I appreciate that.
Isiah Zinda was the second plumber at my house in Washington Heights, Milwaukee, yesterday. The issue was likely more daunting than he was expecting from the reported clogged pipes as my home is over one hundred years old. Unfortunately, the antiquated concrete and metal three basin laundry sink and connected plumbing was damaged beyond repair and all had to be replaced. This required demolition of the 300 lb basin with a sledgehammer and carrying out the debris in five gallon buckets. He set up a new modern laundry basin and plumbing connections. The area was clean after he was finished. Working largely alone Isiah was able to complete the work in a few hours and I didn't have to cancel plans or take additional time off work. I would recommend Isiah and Knight Plumbing - I'm already a repeat customer - though I hope not to call again anytime soon.
Fast, accurate and personable it was a pleasure dealing with Isaiah. He also added a shut off valve so that I could properly set up my dehumidifier.

Colton navigated our basement with ease, got the new tank installed efficiently, and tidied up the workspace perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find that level of care and craftsmanship these days.?We have hot water again, and the new setup looks great.
