Mr Rooter Plumbing of Mississauga ON

????? Outstanding Service – Truly Exceptional Experience Today I had the most incredible experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing while assisting my parents ( mother has dementia) with a toilet issue, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care we received. From the very first call, Tatiana was absolutely wonderful. She was empathetic, patient, and genuinely kind. She listened carefully, reassured us, and handled the dispatch with efficiency and warmth. When you’re dealing with plumbing issues in your parents’ home, that level of compassion makes all the difference. Alfred Nyarko then attended the service call, and he was exceptional. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated professionalism and respect. He wore protective booties without being asked, was meticulous in his work, and clearly explained each step of the process before proceeding. His communication was clear, calm, and thorough — we always knew what was happening and why. Alfred was detail-oriented, respectful of my parents’ home, and incredibly knowledgeable. The level of service felt above and beyond what you typically expect. Because of Tatiana and Alfred, Mr. Rooter has earned a permanent client. I will absolutely be referring them to friends, family, and colleagues without hesitation. Thank you for restoring not just our plumbing — but our peace of mind. Vito

We couldn't be happier with Mr. Rooter! The entire team was attentive, communicative and extremely helpful. We unfortunately had our main sewer line back up two weeks before the holidays. We were fortunate to have Tomi come to our home quickly. He spent the time to explain what happened and walked us through what was going on, as well as next steps and all of our options, allowing us to make an informed decision. We also had the pleasure of working with Vesna who was quick to respond and guide us through the process. Every single person we worked with from Mr.Rooter was extremely professional and made the process so much easier. We highly recommend to contact Mr.Rooter for any plumbing needs. Thank you again to everyone on your team!

We didn’t expect to need Rooter’s service again just a few weeks later. The previous basement pipe blockage had been fixed, but last night the kitchen drain started leaking. I called at 10 p.m., and a woman answered—her service was excellent. This morning Alfred came, replaced the pipe, and solved the problem quickly. Thank you very much! Rooter is truly trustworthy.

Miguel from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job replacing my toilet. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The installation was done efficiently and cleanly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Miguel and Mr. Rooter!

Mr. Todd White is a saviour! Best plumber in town. Fixed my entire Moen bathtub faucet unit that was slowly but persistently dripping into the tub. The other local handymen didn't want to even attempt the repair. But Todd installed all Brand New Moen parts at an extremely cost effective and competitive price plus the quality and guarantee from Mr Rooter!!! Can't go wrong. THE Best.
