We had a new kitchen counter installed. Jason, the estimator pointed out some issues with our initial faucet choice. He also recommended a few other things throughout the house that needed attention. His attention to our job and Plumb-Tech’s price were the main reasons we hired them over other companies that provided us estimates. We ran into some scheduling problems; Laurel made sure our timeline was met. Our job was spread out over a couple of day’s work. Plumb-Tech sent a different plumber out the second day due to illness. Both Dylan and Jeff were pleasant, answered questions, on time, focused, worked hard, didn’t rush, and took the time needed to do the job well. We absolutely will work with Plumb-Tech next time we need work done.
So grateful for all 3 techs Brandon, Dylan & Conner. They worked on installing a water meter (the process had its issue's in my 1940's little old house that required 2 separate day's of work) the City of Missoula requires to be installed, before able to sell a house, as they have a lien against your property. Knowledgeable, hard workers, w/kind, encouraging attitudes. Definately recommend hiring them to do a thorough plumbing job.Thank you Plumb-Tech~
Your techs were great. They knew exactly what I needed, knew how to handle it, and made a plan to completely handle replacing my old water treatment system. They were also very personable.Adding to my first post. The Tech, Noah, completed the first part of my water treatment system installation and removal of my old water softener. Great job! Noah knew what he was doing and did it well. He was great to work with, kept me informed about what was going on, and left the job site in great shape and ready for part 2 of the installation in a few days.Another The, Gavin, showed up today to finish all the work necessary to get my entire house on the new water conditioning system. As with Noah he was great to deal with, knew what he was doing and did it well. My experience with all of the Plumb-Tech people has been great.
Dylon was very efficient, knew exactly what to do, ,did it, was fun to chat with while he worked. Did a fantastic job! We enjoyed them time. Was a bit surprised at the cost, but grateful to have it done properly.
Both were very polite, courteous, and professional. Did very good work and were good as a team. Explained the new equipment and left job in same clean manner it started in. The company as a whole was 100% on the ball and got our natural gas water heater installed promptly including an estimate within 30 hours. Highly and will recommend. Thank you!!!!
