I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received. From the minute Chris arrived, he was the definition of professional. He showed up right on time, took the time to truly listen to what we were experiencing, and quickly diagnosed the issue with impressive expertise. He clearly explained the problem, recommended the best solution, and had it fixed efficiently without cutting corners.

What really stood out was his attitude and care. He was courteous, respectful of our home, and worked carefully and neatly. When he finished, the area was spotless — you’d never know any work had even been done.

On top of that, he took a few minutes to say hello to our dog, Fluffy, our poodle. He mentioned how much he loves poodles and has always wanted one, and it was such a small but genuine gesture that showed what a kind, personable guy he is. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such warmth and professionalism.

My service person was extremely informative. He was very knowledge and confident with his suggestions for my plumbing needs. This is not the first time in the past 6mos I have had the same issue with my plumbing. Cameron came in and put his camera where necessary to see clearly what the issue was with my plumbing. The main pipe was clogged up going to the septic tank. It was backing up with gurgling drains and toilets and backing up suddenly in the bathtub. I have had the septic tank pumped twice in six months to be on the safe side. I had just paid to have pipe supposedly from house to septic tank cleaned 4mos ago at a large cost. (It was not cleaned all the way to tank) Long story short this young man came in and located my issue and took care of it in less than two hours. He shared the before and after pictures in the pipe all the way to septic tank. It was cleared after thousands of dollars and much irritation of working with another company that obviously didn’t mind taking advantage of a Senior. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Thanking Cameron for his great honesty and hard work.
