Office personal always kept you updated and explained everything very well. I had a tankless water heater installed and my experience was awesome. My technician Kyle McCarthy was very knowledgeable with all of my questions. He completed the entire job in one day. He also had to dig a trench by hand . After the job was completed he pointed out all the hoses , pipes and explained the control panel. I would highly recommend Walley Plumbing for any of your needs. And try to snag Kyle if you can.
I have to admit, the service is have recieved from this company has so far been top notch! They are very detail oriented and go step by step what the issue is and how to fix it. This is my second time using them (first time was a garbage disposal). They are efficient and also there is no delay. I will definitely use them again.

Jake was awesome! He was very respectful and accommodating with our large inside dogs. His work was top notch and kept me informed of everything that was going on the whole time. Though I hope I don't have to see him again too soon, I'm definitely requesting him for all future work!
I was very pleased with Walley Plumbing. Prissy was very nice and easy to talk with. She was concerned about me getting my issues fixed as quickly as possible. Kyle showed up quickly and when Prissy said he would. Kyle did an excellent job.Walley Plumbing has a 1 year warranty on the work they do so you know they do good work.
