Precision Plumbing

I was extremely satisfied with the service offered by Precision Plumbing. The plumber that came to the house was friendly and competent. He kept me abreast of progress on the work and explained the various options available (in terms I was able to understand). I have no reservations in highly recommending Precision Plumbing based on my experience.

Called my friend Jason for a new hot water heater. He asked for a pic and identified that I’d need to update the electrical wiring prior to install - this to me is a sign of competence as I’m sure lots of other plumbers would just show up, realize the problem and then have to leave and reschedule… Once I had the electrical updated, we scheduled install within days. Very quick and competent installation and I’m now enjoying hot showers again with no issues. Thanks Jason and team, you’re the best!

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing team. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. What really stood out was how quickly they identified the major issue and clearly explained what was happening and how it could be resolved. They worked efficiently, stayed calm under pressure, and focused on finding the right solution—not just a quick fix. I honestly call them the DREAM team because they were dependable, responsive, efficient, and meticulous in their work. Highly recommended. It’s rare to find a team this skilled and professional.
