Steve and his team are amazing! Our water heater went out and we found out that it was not originally installed properly to code. Steve took the time to explain the issues and concerns, provide options and talk us through the complexities of replacing our water heater unit. We upgraded to install a Rinnai tankless system and could not be happier with the decision. The installation went very smoothly (the team is very thorough and cleaned up after themselves) - they also took the time to explain what they were doing, how to use the unit and make certain any questions we had were addressed. The customer service and professional work was on equal par - amazing! Reach out to Steve and Lake Norman Plumbing Co. for all of your plumbing needs... you be glad you did so!

He explained everything clearly, gave a fair upfront price, and had the whole installation done in under 4 hours. Super clean work, no mess, and they hauled away the old tank.

The technician showed up on time, was super polite, and took the time to explain my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. He walked me through the differences between the models, helped me pick the right size and efficiency for my house, and gave me a clear upfront price before any work started.
The installation itself was fast and incredibly clean

We’ve been using the new water heater for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier—plenty of hot water, lower gas bill already, and zero issues. Pricing was very fair, especially for same-day service.

So glad I called Lake Norman Plumbing! Came home from vacation to a leaking water heater flooding my garage. Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!). He offered fair, competitive pricing on each option, and multiple payment options as well. Next day his team came out, installed the new water heater and removed the old one. Easy easy. The install team were just as nice, efficient, and informative as Steve was. They made me feel well cared for.
