Had a pipe bust unexpectedly this morning. Lal was able to come out quickly, get the water turned off and identify the problem so that repairs could be done. Great service, able to effectively communicate the problem and was very nice and personable as well.
I can’t thank them enough. My toilet and main line were completely clogged, and they handled it fast and efficiently. He was super nice, easy to talk to, and very understanding about my situation. What stood out the most was how willing he was to work with my budget. No pressure, just honest service. If you need plumbing help, this is the company to call.

Old fashion customer service. Process was great…they kept us informed about the arrival time, but the outstanding part was the service rep. Alecs was fantastic! His patience, knowledge, skill and advice was the best of any service tech that we have had in many years. We didn’t know that RotoRooter had such extensive services, but we do now and will rely on them in the future- but we’ll be sure to ask for Alecs!
