We recently had Thompson Plumbing and Pump Service come out to fix our well pump and sediment tank after experiencing terrible water pressure. From the start, they were incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible—a rare combination these days.

They diagnosed and resolved the issue right away without any unnecessary delays or upcharges. Unlike other contractors we spoke to, they didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need, which not only saved us money but built real trust. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and the improvement in our water pressure has been night and day.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them without reservation to anyone in need of plumbing or pump services. Professional, honest, and effective—everything you want in a contractor!
