Ryan replace my septic tank he was straightforward, Friendly and with my house being an older home main pipes needed to be replaced he had it done in like half a day which was awesome. Afterwards he did an amazing job leveled out the backyard very satisfied with the work.
Called Ultimate Plumbing for help with low water pressure. Text messages kept me up to date with arrival time etc. The technician John arrived ontime and told me the exact problem, solution, and cost to repair. His work was outstanding and in the future if I need plumbing help I will ask for John!
I called Ultimate Plumbing on the morning of December 26, after our hot water heater broke on Christmas Day. They were the first to respond out of 4 that I tried. By 5:00 pm, we had a new hot water heater installed! John, the plumber, was excellent and explained everything well. The office gave frequent updates regarding his arrival and also sent a printable estimate by text before the service was done.
Had some issues with my main drain line. Ryan was sent out same day, quick to diagnose and fixed in less than an hour. Also gave me a quote for future repairs related to the issue. Super friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Price was significantly cheaper than the big name companies for the same servjce.
Beware, do not use this company. We had one of our toilets overflow and become clogged in our newly purchased home. This was the second time it happened so we called them to diagnose the issue. We also noticed our water bill had been high since moving in. They came out and told us we had a severe root infestation and needed $6500+ of work and they would have to replace 40 feet of sewer pipes. We had a second estimate from another company and were told that nothing needed to be replaced at all and none of that work was necessary. The high water bill was diagnosed by running toilets from not having the correct flapper type on the toilet. We mentioned to Ultimate Plumbing that our toilets ran, but we had recently replaced all of the hardware and instead of them checking the toilets for us, they automatically recommended to replace the toilets for $700+ each and we have 4 in our home. The issue is simply a flapper and they wanted us to replace all of our toilets!!I was also told by Ultimate Plumbing that our water meter was abnormally far away from the house and our sewer lines were way longer than normal. The other company said the water meter is in a normal proximity and the water lines are completely appropriate for our house.Please just beware when using this company and get a second opinion if they estimate that you need work done!We also paid $910 for them to unclog our sewer line when the toilet was overflowing, we received no bill until we asked about it. Our card was just charged
