Matthew did an excellent job fixing our shower. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The repair was done efficiently and with care, and the shower works perfectly now. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. Jason G. and Matthew F. showed up early for a scheduled appointment to perform some much needed critical repair work on a gas hot water heater, replacing a gas control valve and pilot light assembly, to an outdoor water intake valve replacement, and finally a major overhaul on a Kitchen sink with many new parts installed. Both gentlemen were very professional and hard workers during their 4 hour visit, and explained and answered any and all questions. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use these pros again for any plumbing requirements.
Recently had Jason from Bob the Plumber come out. Honestly great experience from start to finish. Jason was professional, punctual, and did an excellent job repairing my faucets. Everything was explained clearly, the price was very reasonable & the work area was left clean. The results were exactly what I was hoping for. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Bob the Plumber!
We had somewhat of an emergency situation and they took care of us without hesitation! Their plumber Dominick was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to my brother and I exactly what was going on and the best route for us to take. He even stayed later than his original schedule to make sure everything was taken care of properly, great people!Definitely recommend giving them a call!
