City Wide Air Conditioning Plumbing & Heating - Ac Repair Moreno Valley

After having issues with my old heating system I called City Wide and made an appointment for service. The crew arrived on time and diagnosed the issue promptly. As it turned out it was not that serious it just needed a good cleaning. I was impressed by how honest they were and as my system was so old(definitely on its last leg) almost 20 yrs I asked for a quote for a new system. They gave me a great price and installed a brand new system. (Note they did not try to upsell me I really was over due for a new system)They do exceptional work and were very friendly and clean. They even vacuumed and swept the area inside and out. I could say a heck of a lot more about how pleased we were with my decision to hire City Wide and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants friendly and quality air conditioning service!!! (I also plan to call on them for my plumbing needs) FIVE STARS

Outstanding Service: I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from City Wide Plumbing, Heating, & Air. From the estimate to the installation, their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and cleared out all of the old equipment when the job was done. I had no hot water and had a leaky hot water heater so I reached out to City Wide and they showed up within an hour of my call. Dave assessed the problem and determined I needed to replace it. They showed up at 9:00 a.m. the following day and installed a new one. They were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t even bother getting a second opinion, I knew I had the right people for the job and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Were do I begin, we filed a claim with insurance company and they assigned the call to City Wide Plumbing, Mr. David called us right away and came to assess the damage, once claim was approved, Mr. David and his son Sean came and they were very meticulous with their work, they explained exactly what they were going to do and what materials were going to be used. They also gave us much need it information for the future. The most impressive part, was how clean they work, they had floor covers, vacuums and everything need it to ensure they left our house free of dust and debri, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends and they will be our favorite repair company for our plumbing and AC needs. They also made sure to check the meter before they left, just to make sure the leaks had been taken care off. We couldn't have asked for nicer, honest, knowledgeable people to work with.
