Fante’s was a great life saver when my heat went out not once but twice during this far below normal winter. Both times they came out quickly and got it working. While I did end up getting a replacement furnace, Fante’s price quote was basically half of the other estimate I received. The work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. ????? I had an excellent experience with Christopher who was dispatched to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the leak in our basement, explaining exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how clearly he walked us through the mechanics of a proper reverse osmosis water system installation. He took the time to make sure we understood how everything works, what to look out for in the future, and how to prevent potential issues. Professional, patient, and thorough from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with the ability to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Highly recommend!

I’m going start my story with they were here 3 weeks ago, the guy left and said he would be right back and we are still waiting to hear back from anyone at all. They left us with a huge hole in our shower and it is not usable. This was supposed to be done in one day and here we are an entire month later waiting, considering our original appointment with them was 4 weeks ago. But on that day, the technician dropped the part into the wall and couldn’t retrieve it. Now we have been waiting for this part and for them to call us back for over 3 weeks. We’ve been told several times that the manager was going to call but we have still not heard from them. By the way, they have our $500 deposit so it’s not even like we can just say screw it and find another plumber.
