Definitely a 5 star review. APTUS responded quickly and recognized the emergency of an extremely compromised water heater. I was very quickly on their schedule with confirmation by phone and message. Martin is the best! He arrived on time, reviewed what the plan was and got right to it. My water heater was relocated, plumbed and wired. The old one was removed and all construction debris was cleared away. I will be keeping the contact information for future needs and to share with friends! Thank you Martin!

Had a great experience with Aptus Home Services. Martin was the technician and did an excellent job rewiring our coax cable connections so I could relocate my Comcast gateway upstairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took the time to explain everything along the way. Internet speeds improved immediately after the move. Highly recommend Aptus and Martin if you need quality home service work done right.

Martin, Jaquez and Kyle did a great job installing our new hot water heater in a really tricky, utility closet. They also replaced my 60 year old toilet with a new Toto comfort height toilet. They responded in one day and the price was reasonable. They spent 4 hours at my home. I will be transferring my HCAC maintenance contract to them and plan to use their electricians when we do some other projects at the beginning of 2026. I highly recommend Aptus Home Services to anyone needing help with their appliances.
