I can’t say enough great things about About Plumbing. They recently did plumbing work for us as part of a house remodel on a remote island, and they were outstanding from start to finish.

Working in a remote location adds a lot of logistical challenges, but their team showed up completely prepared every time. They were on time to the boat, had all the tools and materials they needed, and clearly took the time to plan ahead. That level of professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Their pricing was also very fair, especially considering the added complexity of working on a remote island. We felt like we received excellent value for the quality of work and service they provided.

We had a change order during the project, and they handled it without any hassle. They were flexible, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout.

Even after the job, their support continued. When I called the office to pick their brain about a water heater, they were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. They provided a ton of useful information and really took the time to make sure I understood my options.

It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship, reliability, fair pricing, and top-notch customer service the way About Plumbing does. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way.

I have had excellent experiences with this plumbing company. They installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a hot water tank. Very professional, reliable and friendly. The lady plumber (Tricia) was amazing! She was knowledgeable and very good communication skills! I highly recommend them!
Recently had to have my backyard faucet replaced. I asked for Tricia again because she is so knowledgeable and does excellent work! Phil came with her and he was very good as well! They had to make an access hole in the house in order to access the pipes and I was impressed with how careful they were to take accurate measurements before cutting. They provided a cover plate (see photo) and the hole was not that big. Excellent work!
August 2025 I had water pressure trouble and Tricia and Noah were able to pinpoint where the leaks were in my house and assure me that the leak was not outside! They replaced all my bathroom faucets and rebuilt my toilet which had both the tank gasket and floor wax seal blown! They were courteous, friendly and professional. They clean up after themselves and do excellent work! They work well together as a team and I will most definitely request them for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend them!
