Eric at All Time Plumbing was able to fit us in on short notice on a Sunday to fix a bad leak on our water supply. He quickly got to the root of the problem, came up with a plan and got it done. He had time left over to help us with another small issue at no additional cost. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way as he found the leaking pipe and replaced it with 100% success all within the quoted price! Eric took the time to make sure everything was working properly and made useful suggestions on both maintaining our water filtration system and water heater. We had a plumbing emergency on the day of the Super Bowl playoffs, and after calling multiple businesses with no luck reaching an actual person, I finally called All Time Plumbing & Heating. Eric answered immediately. I explained what was happening, and without hesitation he told me he would have someone at our home within the next two hours. To my surprise, he arrived in about 30 minutes.
Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, attempted a fix, and was completely transparent that if the attempt didn’t work, he wouldn’t charge us. Unfortunately, the quick fix wasn’t enough, but he then provided a clear, honest estimate for the repair, rearranged a lower-priority appointment, and came back the very next morning to complete the work.
Not only did he fully repair the problem, but he also provided a link with detailed photos of the failure and the repair process—something we really appreciated.
Eric’s communication, punctuality, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend All Time Plumbing & Heating and will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We called Eric pretty late in the night with an emergency leak he came pretty fast within the hour or so probably, he explained everything and walked us through what was maybe wrong and also the possibility of another problem if the first wasn’t it, he was super understanding and worked with us through the whole process of repiping our home everything looked so well done and clean looking.
Eric had everything done in just a couple of days for a large project. Answered any questions if we had any and always was available for us.
