I called CPI PLUMBING because something had gone wrong with our hot water heater and we had no hot water. It was a Friday, and I was concerned about getting an appointment on short notice, for a service call, and afraid we might have to go all weekend with no hot water. But they were amazing and came out within 2 hours of my call! And Cheyne Arteritano was amazing, as well. Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable, he explained everything to us in detail, and answered all our questions. He was able to determine that the heating element needed to be replaced, and after draining the hot water heater tank, he made the repair in a very short time, and had us up and running again! So grateful to him and to CPI PLUMBING for their fast and friendly service! And a big thank you to Cheyne!
