Jesus did a great job and was very friendly. Installed two new faucets which I provided. Of course, the first set didn’t fit and I had to exchange them. Jesus came back the very next day to put them in.
Amanda was very helpful and prompt getting my service scheduled and kept me apprised of arrivaltime. Cheyne arrived on time and ready to work. He was upbeat, friendly, respectful, and full of information about a system I’ve had for a year and never really understood. I called CPI PLUMBING because something had gone wrong with our hot water heater and we had no hot water. It was a Friday, and I was concerned about getting an appointment on short notice, for a service call, and afraid we might have to go all weekend with no hot water. But they were amazing and came out within 2 hours of my call! And Cheyne Arteritano was amazing, as well. Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable, he explained everything to us in detail, and answered all our questions. He was able to determine that the heating element needed to be replaced, and after draining the hot water heater tank, he made the repair in a very short time, and had us up and running again! So grateful to him and to CPI PLUMBING for their fast and friendly service! And a big thank you to Cheyne!
I needed some plumbing work done to my bathroom sink (2 water valves needed to be replaced). After calling around to several different companies, CPI Plumbing responded quickly and were able to get out to my house on the same day. Jesus Ceja showed up during the scheduled time, was quick, and ultimately did a great job. I’d definitely recommend this place!
