w/o 2853820....Wow! Fellipa (sp?) was fantastic. Our experience from placing a call to you and having a speedy response was the first step of our positive experience. We had a water leak with water heater. Turned out to be expansion tank leak. Fellipa arrived and assured us he can get us fixed up. Although he looked like he was 17 years old, (younger folks look younger as we get older! lol), his confidence put us at ease. He was very thorough and assessed the problem. He explained what was wrong and what would be necessary to fix it. He took his time and fixed the problem. Despite having another job after ours, he never rushed or seemed agitated that it had been a long day and he was leaving our house at 6pm to the other job. We were very impressed with Fellipa. He was calm, professional, kind and not only fixed our problem, he mentioned your no obligation plumbing maintenance plan. We definitely signed up as we know this was a minimal price and this yearly service will help us preserve the life of the water heater. I cannot believe what just happened. I submitted a form for service at 3:05PM. Heard from Brianna at 3:06PM via text and she was the most kind. Then, I received a call at 3:36PM that a technician was available and could head my direction. Nathan B. arrived within 15 mins. He was the absolute best. Was so helpful. Was so knowledgable. Was so kind. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had a part in his truck, installed it, and boom. It's 4:32PM right now and he left 10 mins ago. Everything fixed. All is well. AMAZING RB!

Luc and Zane did an incredible job repairing the 25 year old lime-crusted valve coming out of my water heater!!!They also replaced the lines coming in and out of it and added new shut off valves, but kept running into complications. They were incredibly dedicated, persistent, and meticulous. They stayed late until they got the job done perfectly.I truly appreciate them - if they show up at your house, consider yourself lucky! Luc and Zane will take great care of you! My hot water pressure is now perfect!!!!
