Joey and Craig are very thorough and dedicated to doing the job right. Joey then through extraordinary effort managed to find a way to hook up the whole house filtering system. Ruben showed up at 6:10pm for a 1pm to 6pm window. Slowly got out of the van and was at least pleasant. I showed him my leak on the hot water heater. Some brown rusty water was slowy running 1 drip every 20 seconds. He didn't bother opening the panel or even turning on a flashlight to pretend to look. He says, "you need a new unit". Kind of like going to the doctor for a headache and they charge you $300 for an aspirin. He proceeds to pull out a tablet and shows me units that start at $2000 plus all in. Never mentioned to me a short term fix or other options. I said it takes an hour max to put in a unit once drained, and they cost $700 at Depot. I certainly know the company needs to make a profit, but I'll pass. He was very eager to give me the service bill of $75 which he wanted in check as I wasn't set up in the members program and it would have taken him more time to run a card. He wasn't in my driveway for 7 minutes all in.The experience was not good at all
We have used Vines previously so when we had a major problem with a bathroom sink we called them and they were out within 48 hours. Nick, the service technician was great - timely, efficient and took the time to explain all the options for fixing the problem in a professional manner. He also went as far as calling the company owner when we needed more discussion on pricing and negotiated a reasonable deal and worked out a repair date best for us ~
Nick Ryan is a very nice young man who knows his job well. He can answer any questions you might have. He takes pride in his work. His copper pipe work looks like GOLD. Best of all, if you say GO BIRDS to Nick, he knows exactly what you mean!
Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me go through the procedures of what happens with hot water tanks. He explained why there was rust on the bottom. I'm glad that he's coming back to do the actual installation. I would highly recommend him.
