NORM'S Plumbing and Heating is one of, if not the best company in the Nanaimo and Area for plumbing and heating. This company like all great company's has and is able to attract and retain some extremely professional people from the office staff to all of their field crews servicing all the calls big and small. I had two jobs completed at my residence over the past 3 days. Both these jobs were huge for me. NORM'S were not only able to help me save big money they were able to get this work done in a timely matter with very little interruption to my schedule. The crews were professional, polite and extremely competent. It is always a pleasure to watch skilled trades doing their work. If you're looking to upgrade you're heating and or plumbing systems; NORM'S is definitely the company to call. Do yourself a favour and give them a call you will be glad you did. Very happy with this whole experience. Always nice to watch skilled trades at work. First time using this type of heating system. The guys were very reassuring and told me to give it time. I’m pretty sure they are absolutely right and once I get use to it I’ll come around. I know I will be extremely happy when it turns hot and the cooling system comes on. The guys were really good with all my questions and showing me how to use the smart thermostat all round they did a great job. Definitely would have no problems recommending this company.
