Hands down the best service from Rob at Yellow submarine. He was polite, efficient, professional and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. He was in a situation where he was having to work in busy resort kitchen environment and was mindful of the staff working around him. And did I mention how tidy he was!! I also want to add that Adriana was awesome. It was a last minute emergency call at 3 and she made it happen! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I was very impressed with the service provided by Rob. He was knowledgeable & thorough, explaining everything that was found in the inspection & providing different pricing options for completion of each. I appreciate that the cost was based on work completed, rather than per hour + work done. Rob was friendly & the space was left spotless. Very impressed & happy with the work!
We called Yellow Submarine for help with our plumbing. They were quick and helpful in booking us in to be helped! Once here, Ron was helpful, kind and explained everything he was planning to do and why before doing it. We would recommend Yellow Submarine to anyone and will be using them again in the future if we need it!
Super happy with the service received. Was pleasantly surprised that they did a full home inspection as part of their service. I only had one pressing issue to be addressed at the time, but the inspection revealed all the other issues that need to be done in the future. Some I was already aware of, some I was not. The technician , Ron was a true professional and was very informative and thorough. Would definitely recommend Yellow Submarine to others.
