Carmen and Nick were very helpful in repairing our toilets. We had a leak in the toilets due to a faulty flap. They were detailed oriented and informative in their recommendations. They gave us recommendations on how to proceed and what next steps would be in terms of our faucet and water pressure issues. Carmen and his entire staff were awesome. We had an emergency and they came out right away. We have never used LaCassa before and we are extremely happy with the work. Carmen was very detailed in explaining the work he was going to do. He was very patient with all of our questions. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up everything. Nicole was super helpful with the process with permits and a payment plan. I would recommend LaCassa 100%.

Mike and Carmen did an amazing job! They were reasonably priced and very thorough. My basement drain was backing up from the sewer and they got everything cleared out of the main sewer line. They ran into some issues that they thought may cause problems in the future and they spent hours more than they needed to making sure everything was able to flow properly. 10 stars!
