We were very happy with our experience with Parthenon. They were able to schedule us for an appointment a day after we called and kept us notified regarding their arrival. The technician was respectful of our house and us. He completed our task fully and then ensured we had no questions for him about this project nor any others. Thank you to Stanton for coming to our house the day after the storm, assessing the pipe situation and advising us to keep the faucets running on both cold and hot to prevent our pipes from freezing. Our old and poorly installed water heater expansion tank exploded. Kevin helped us get a new Essency water heater installed the next day. Installation day was quick and easy. We are happy with this product, it is a nice home upgrade with a longer life expectancy than a conventional water heater. I feel good knowing it will provide more hot water and better energy efficiency.
Hayden was prompt on the emergency we had and discussed all the details with us.
