Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Brodeur & Sons because they have been my oil company and handled my service calls for at least a decade. The service manager, Jeff was there for a very short time and diagnosed the problem, removed the part that caused it to fail and had a replacement part in his van. It's this kind of responsive and skilled service that underscores why I exclusively use Brodeur & Sons.
New homeowner here. Brodeur showed up on time, did an inspection for me at no cost to support insurance and delivered oil. There online oil request system is great and don't rope you into auto delivery or only delivery with service. Highly recommend.
