David and the owner came out today and did an excellent job repairing a thermostat and reinstalling a toilet. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I recommend them highly. This is the second time I have done business with this company and can confidently say I will only be choosing Quahog in the future.
Dylan came out today and replaced two bathroom faucets. He was very polite, friendly and respectful. He did a fantastic job with the install. He took extra time to explain the work he performed and made sure I was completely satisfied with the install. I highly recommend Quahog plumbing.
These guys are awesome! Fixed a leaking pipe (under toilet) this time. Seemed like a big job to me but in no time, they were finished. Leave everything spotless everytime. (In August they replaced an outside faucet, fixed a leaking sink drain, repositioned the shut off valve)David is amazing, knows his stuff along with his patience and kindness..the guy he worked with was also great.It's so nice knowing you can rely on Quahog Plumbing, 3 times for me now, not one complaint..reasonable prices also.Thanks again guys!
This was my first experience with Quahog Plumbing. I spoke with Neil to set up an appointment. He was professional and personable and he was able to provide me with an appointment the very next day. Dylan arrived at 11:30 am after texting me to confirm he was en route to my home. Dylan was professional and he explained all of my options for the repairs that were needed. He did a great job installing my new outside faucets and shut off valves in the basement. I was a bit surprised about the cost but I haven’t had any professionals at my home in many years and didn’t seek any other estimates so I just went with it. When the job was completed and I put it all together, the price was not an issue at all. I received fast, friendly, reliable, and most of all Quality work from Quahog Plumbing! We had an amazing experience with Quahog Plumbing today! The pressure in our water boiler dropped and our heat was barely coming through our radiators. Quahog came the next morning and fixed everything same day! Sergio was kind and personable and he explained everything that he was doing. He also found an additional issue that our previous plumber had missed, and also fixed that the same day! The work is well done and beautifully finished. As new homeowners we really valued that Sergio explained our heating system to us and really went the extra mile in making sure that we had all of our radiators working. We highly recommend!
