As a contractor he exceeded our expectations with his professionalism and extraordinary attention to detail. He even checked in with us a few days later to ensure everything was working properly. Highly-recommended! Outstanding service, at a level rarely seen these days. I called Andy about a problem with our central air conditioning system -- over a weekend during the summer. He had a full schedule of emergency calls to make, but proceeded to diagnose my entire problem over the phone and explain how I could fix the problem myself. I got the system up and running quickly, thanks to his direction, and he didn't even charge me for his professional services — which I would have happily paid for. We'll definitely be calling him when the next issue with our heating or air comes up!
Absolutely recommend Andy! I made the mistake of letting my oil tank run dry and had sludge in my line. Andy was able to come early in the morning to fix our problem! He was personably and wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend him to everyone. We have had so many people come over and try to sell us extra services or talk us into purchasing expensive upgrades. It was nice to have him come fix our problem without spending a fortune!
My a/c stopped working found Spartan on google. Called made appointment. Andy came out and checked my unit found had no refrigerant in unit he pressure tested system and used a special leak tester to pin point the leak at the compressor, Andy gave me options on how to resolve problem and decided to get a new unit, Andy order unit and had it ship to my house within 2 hours or so while he waited took old unit out and leveled surface and got everything ready for new unit when unit arrived he installed and then let system run for about an hour made sure was working correctly, Andy didn't leave till the job was done and everything was working good. I've worked with some plumping and a/c people before but Andy was the best, he answered all my questions and made the process smooth. Had great service and would highly recommend to others. Also had good prices
