I woke up to freezing cold water and realized my water heater had completely stopped working. I called NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. He quickly found a burned-out heating element, replaced it on the spot, and made sure everything was heating properly before leaving. Honestly, I was dreading calling a plumber, but NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7 made it painless. My kitchen sink started leaking under the cabinet and I found a puddle after dinner. I searched for a plumber in NYC nearby and they came up. They sent someone over the next morning, which already felt like a win. The guy who showed up — Carlos — was great. He was friendly, funny even, and immediately got to work. He found a loose joint, replaced it, and made sure the leak was completely gone. He also checked the shut-off valves just in case, and told me how to check for small leaks so I can catch them early. Left the place clean, no mess or drama. If you're looking for solid NYC plumbing, especially for something like a cabinet leak, give these guys a call. Carlos made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.

We discovered a minor drip in our second-floor bathroom ceiling—which we ignored for a bit—until one morning a small puddle greeted us downstairs. I looked up “emergency plumbing in NYC” and called NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7 around 9 a.m. They assured me someone would be out quickly, and a technician arrived within 90 minutes. The plumber in NYC was polite and thorough. He traced the leak back to a loose shower valve connection behind the wall, tightened it securely, and replaced a worn-out washer that was just starting to fail. To be safe, he also pressure-tested the line and looked for any hidden drips, then cleaned up all his tools and wiped down the area before leaving. What I really appreciated was how he explained the issue in simple terms and showed us how to catch early signs next time—like unexpected dampness or minor water stains. It’s not often you come across plumbing in New York that’s both fast and genuinely caring. Definitely a team you can trust for a hassle-free experience.

We had an infuriating clog in our bathroom sink that wouldn’t budge with a plunger—and water was starting to back up under the cabinet. I searched for a “plumber in NYC” and ended up calling NYC Plumbing Solutions 24/7 late one afternoon. They sent a technician out within a couple of hours, which was a huge relief. The plumber arrived fully equipped, quickly identified the clog deep in the trap, and expertly cleared it using a powered snake. What impressed me most was his attention to detail—he checked the P-trap, cleaned the area thoroughly, and made sure everything drained smoothly before he left. No upsells, no extra charges—just solid, professional service. I’ve dealt with many different “New York plumbing” services, but this was one of the most dependable and courteous experiences I’ve had. Definitely keeping their number for the next time plumbing in NYC gives me trouble.
