I had an emergency leak on a holiday when everything was closed. Due to the leak being in the kitchen I couldn’t cook or do dishes and was quite worried. I called AquaTech/Connor that night and he promptly reached out even on a holiday to let me know he would connect with me first thing tomorrow. True to his word he called me early that morning and upon arrival transparently walked me through pricing, came on time, and patiently waited while I made a second trip to the store due to missing parts in the faucet I had purchased. Installation was quick, efficient and he is reliable and friendly. I highly recommend for any and all plumbing repair.
