Very happy with the work performed by JS Home Services. Justin kept me up to date as an earlier appointment went a bit longer than expected. I really appreciate that he took the time to contact me to let me know about the delay, as other trades in the past haven’t been as concerned about that. Justin and Connor were able to fix my basement drain issue and also cleaned out a partial blockage in the stack coming from our kitchen (sink/dishwasher). From the second I spoke to the owner I was given a rough estimate of our project (replacing our tank and jet) we are on well.The following day Liam and Justin came over- they diagnosed the issue and it was on par with the initial estimate over the phone.They started work that day removing everything and prepping the site- by the following day Eric arrived and did a fantastic job. We now have running water again and should not run into any issues however if we do they will be the first we call!
