Nexus was easy to get in touch with, they followed up appropriately, the work was complete when they said it would be, once the project was complete it was apparent that the scope of work was less than originally expected so they made an adjustment to lower the final invoice to reflect the smaller scope of work. They were professional at all times, the quality of the work was as expect and they did great job cleaning up. I would use them again, great team of guys.ThanksGary M.

I had a problem with my watermain shut off valve and needed to fix the problem soon before it got worse. I didn't know who to call but I contacted Nexus Plumbing after reading their 4.9 rating review on google. They sent a very nice and expert plumber the next morning ( I forgot his name but he is a Persian decent and lives in Aurora) and did an amazing job within an hour and fixed all my issues. I'm really happy with his/their service and will always contact Nexus if I need any Plumbing related service in future. Great job !!!!
Worst company ever I deal with . The guy who came to fix was good old man but the way the this company charged me was unbelievable . High charging for nothing. On phone they say something and on credit card invoice they give you high price. Worst never choosing them again worst company. Never calling them and you guys also don’t call them high price for nothing. Worst and when you tired to explain them on phone higher price they said ooh you said ok on phone call vwe have record . Giys dont call for them for help
Nexus Plumbing was extremely fast to respond and very polite and gentle in all their communication. They replied to my request quickly and offered a very reasonable solution for my sump pump. The pricing was fair, and the support I received afterward was excellent. Highly recommend their service.
