He took the time to show me what the problem was and upon my request explained everything he was doing. They now have a customer for life at my beach home. We had two leaks within 3 months and decided we wanted to have the house repiped. After two enthusiastic recommendations from people we trusted, I called Bill Metzger Plumbing. Jacob , a technician, came out and explained the repiping process thoroughly. He was thoughtful, expert and caring. He was our contact throughout the process and he was just excellent. A crew of six came out and repiped the house in one day. The next day, the city inspector approved the project. On the third day, two terrific guys patched the holes beautifully. This was just the best we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this company.
