Prompt on time, Technician Chris was very polite and knowledgeable, about the job, explained throughly about the work that he would be doing, solutions and alternatives. Minor setbacks were attributed to missing parts from the manufacturers that he to return to the supplier and replace them which took a little longer than expected. Overall excellent work and customer service!
Water heater broke with company in town. Noticed the problem in the late afternoon around 5:00. Placed a call to Bill Metzger plumbing and our water heater was replaced and operational by 8:00 that evening. Gavin was great! Arrived in a timely manner and replaced our water heater in record time. Incredible service and response. Thanks so much.
My technician Jenri was on time and very professional and had the best attitude. Got my hot water up and running then came back the next day as promised with the new part. He took the time to show me what the problem was and upon my request explained everything he was doing. They now have a customer for life at my beach home. Lastly there prices were extremely fair for the work that was performed.
We had two leaks within 3 months and decided we wanted to have the house repiped. After two enthusiastic recommendations from people we trusted, I called Bill Metzger Plumbing. Jacob , a technician, came out and explained the repiping process thoroughly. He was thoughtful, expert and caring. He was our contact throughout the process and he was just excellent. A crew of six came out and repiped the house in one day. The next day, the city inspector approved the project. On the third day, two terrific guys patched the holes beautifully. This was just the best we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this company.
