Called with an air conditioning issue and they had a guy out to my house in less than an hour. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as down to earth and personable. He got right to work at diagnosing the problem while going the extra mile to explain everything to me in layman's terms. Maybe two hours later and a super affordable fee, everything was buttoned up and much cooler than my wife probably wants it.
They came out to diagnose our hot water heater not working and didn’t find any issue but cleaned the sensor. 10 days later it wasn’t working again. Same issue but was now told sensor couldn’t be cleaned and needed replacement. I was billed for the 2nd call despite the fact that I was told the part should have been replaced. The owner’s response was it worked for 10 days so they did the job. Also told the part didn’t need to be replaced and I was the one who asked for it to me replaced but magically it works now.
We had the best professional and informed work done on our drain issue by Caleb. Previously we had another large company out that charged us a lot more and did nothing but try to upsell us to replace pipes in the tune of $3500 - which we were told by Caleb was not necessary.
