Last month, we started to get a drip in our main bathroom tub. I called Swanson because I knew they had been around a long time and was also referred. The guy who came struggled to replace two faucet cartridges and $430 later they were replaced. If I would have looked into it more, I probably could have done it myself. A couple of days later, I discovered a large puddle of water on the basement floor directly below the tub where he had done the work. This is a home that’s not even two years old and we recently finished part of the basement. This could have potentially damaged the flooring we put in. I called Swanson back and they sent the same plumber out. He would not take ownership of what happened and told me that it was probably an issue from when the tub was put in. I told him I don’t believe in coincidences and that we never had a leak prior to him “fixing” the leaky faucet. Needless to say, I called another company and they came out and took care of the situation.
Recently had a new hot water tank installed and today had some work done on my home's steam boiler. In both cases, all aspects of what was done (ie: the price, technicians, quality of the work performed, etc.) exceeded my expectations. A++++ review for JR Swanson and I highly recommend them. Also they are as honest as it gets which is gives me great piece of mind
I called and talked to Tammy and she had someone come to see what I needed.Peter came by and he began to examine what I need done and he got right to it!What a knowledgeable Plummer, he worked like an old pro and took care of my water tank and made it look brand new!
