Drew came to our house to review a plumbing issue. He was incredibly respectful of our house, gave clear direction about what was wrong and why we were having the plumbing issue. He was also great at providing recommendations on how to solve it so the problem wouldn’t persist in the future. I always appreciate the help that is sent out way from Mr. Plumber.

During the last cold snap at the end of January, the beginning of February, we experienced a catastrophic failure with our gas furnace and for a week we went without heat during this time we had some pipes freeze up and burst under the house. The technician from Mr. Plumber was a blessing in disguise. He came out to the house, went down in the crawlspace and looked the situation over. He discussed in detail options for fixing the problem and within two hours, our water was back on. I think the technician‘s name was Drew. It was very knowledgeable and courteous, and I appreciate everything he was able to do for us.

I had a spin down filter put on my water softener and an RO system installed. Jimmy and Chris were efficient and quick in doing the work. They were protective of my floors and all the areas were cleaned up afterwards. Chris explained how the RO system worked and how quickly I would get the good tasting water that I purchased this for. I am very happy with the RO system thus far.
I did have to call the office to find out if the workers were coming as I had not heard from them within the time window. The office was quick to respond and find out what was happening. There evidently were unexpected issues with the prior job. I have no problem with that- I just want to be kept informed. This was the only reason I gave Mr Plumber a 4 and not a 5.
