DJ was great! He really listened to our issues and kept us informed on his progress. The job ended up taking way longer than we anticipated, but he remained patient and friendly the whole time. He kept working until he was 100% satisfied that he had fixed our problem. Great service!

DJ did a fantastic job unclogging the main line and fixing two toilets. He came out early in the morning to take care of a major clog; he was very informative, and he gave me the cost of front; he even made sure I knew exactly what to expect of the process. Tiko (apologies for spelling) came out as well to perform a complimentary camera operation so we could see what was going on under the house and they let me watch so I could understand what was going on in the pipes. Now I know what to expect if this happens again, which I greatly appreciate! will continue to use Roto-Rooter and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

Roto-Rooter resonded quickly to our call on a Sunday afternoon and unclogged our kitchen sink drain. The technician did diagnosed the problem and made the repair, all within an hour and a half. Pricing was upfront and fair. We will use them again if we have another plumbing emergency.
