A. Laverock plumbing services

Alex stopped by on a Friday evening after a long day of frozen pipes to check out possible replacement of our toilets and he was super pleasant and even talked us out of replacing one and told me what I could do to fix it myself. I have been in the trades business for over 50 years and I will definitely vouch for his professionalism and great customer service. You can't do any better than Alex in our area as far as we are concerned.

The young guy that did my plumbing for my washer and dryer setup was so professional and took such pride in his work was amazing. He also took the time to explain and show me everything he did. I was truly impressed and would get them back again.

Spent 6 days without a toilet city thought i had drain damage. Called a few companies who couldn't help me before scrolling down and finding alex. He told me he could come by the following day. A friday in the afternoon. I callee to verify at 1pm and left a voice mail. And continues about my day. As to his word around 3pm he came to auger and camera my drain to the city sewer before the city escalated the job to dig up by front yard. As soon as alex showed up i instantly felt fine lol his confidence and knowledge was right at the top his service was also next level he had the toilet off and auger in and cleaned out the pipe in a very short time. And the camera he showed me the pipe all the way to the main sewer line so i could tell the city it wasn't a collapsed drain. It was Absolutly the best case i could have asked for. He was quick. Honest with me and provided great service and explication to my questions as well as my 4 year olds questions and how “embarrassed he was” that our toilet was gone ??. In the future i wont hesitate to call again if i ever have an issue thanks tons for your help as well !
