Our downstairs bathroom overflowed, what a mess from a clogged pipe, but the gentlemen from Roto-Rooter did an excellent job. Didn’t leave until everything was running well. Your technician Scooby was excellent! Always let me know what was going on what approach she was going to use to get our toilet and plumbing fixed. Around 5 o’clock or so he said that the next step would be to use a camera and he told me how much it would cost for the first hour and each additional hour afterwards and I said that’ll be fine. “Hopefully you can do it in the first hour Scooby, if not, the property manager said that they can get someone else out here tomorrow,.” But I believed that Scooby had it under control and that we were going to be satisfied with the outcome.You have a great worker! Scooby rocks!!
Robert Brown came to Riverview Apartments yesterday, and I just want to recognize the amazing job he did.
