He was extremely professional and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the entire service process, keeping me informed every step of the way. He was proactive and thorough, and when I requested a written summary on company letterhead, he advised that he was already in the process of preparing it. His attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and we would gladly work with him again.
Victor assessed and fixed the leaking air gap from our dishwasher quickly. He arrived on time, explained what caused the issue, and gave helpful tips on care and how to prevent it from happening again. The price was reasonable and about average for the service, though I probably could have negotiated a bit lower. Overall, a good experience and efficient service.
