Polite, friendly, professional & when it was discovered they had the incorrect unit on their truck, they did everything possible to make it right. I did get the unit I was promised & it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend Sanders Plumbing, Heat & Air. Riley is the tech that services my HVAC equipment bi-annually. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems & recommended the unit I purchased. He also was polite, friendly & professional.
