I have recently had a really positive experience with Milani. I had Mike over to disconnect my gas range and then again to install and connect my new one. While here he became aware I was having difficulty getting my new sink installed. He called the company right away while still in my home and the very next day Adam and Jared arrived and successfully installed the sink. Alexa from the office was fantastic in setting up the appointments and keeping me informed. I would not hesitate to call Milani again. They made everything easy and so well done.
The Milani technician, Lovepreet, and his assistant were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They were good listeners and did their best to solve any issues that were raised about the plumbing work. Lovepreet changed our broken faucet in a timely manner. He was clean and efficient. He explained the different features of the new faucet. The new faucet is very nice!
